On Speaking Out Your Thoughts

A good thing being a student is that you're welcome to make mistakes.
Hence I can't stand it when you make yourselves unable to speak out your mind just because you're either afraid to make mistakes, or heard ridiculous. Making mistakes is a part of your learning process.
